No Hassle Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, credit or replacement. For warrantee issues, please contact the manufacturer directly before requesting a return. Firearms, Ammunition, and Food are not returnable or refundable; all sales are final. Please use the form below to request a refund. Orders cancelled due to extended shipping time will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please return all products in their original packaging. Products not returned in the original packing will be subject to a restocking fee. Products showing use will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note! All Firearm Sales are final. It is important to thoroughly inspect your firearm before completion of the transfer. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, The Tactical Advantage will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered after completing the transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

Please follow these 3 easy steps to return an item:

Step 1:	Call us at 318 793 5000 or email Customer Service. We will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and email a UPS prepaid return label. If you do not have access to email, we can mail one to you.
Step 2:	Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form located on the back of the invoice you received with your order.
Step 3:	Drop off the package at a UPS Store. You can call UPS for drop off locations at 800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or you can visit UPS online at www.UPS.com.
